Standard journeys

Cancellation more than [24] hours before pickup: no charge.
Cancellation between [12 and 24] hours before pickup: [50%] of the quoted fare.
Cancellation less than [12] hours before pickup, or no-show: [100%] of the quoted fare.

Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings

Deposits for weddings, events and large bookings are [non-refundable / refundable up to X days before the event]. Full terms are confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Amendments

We will always try to accommodate changes to timings or addresses. Where a change affects the price, we will confirm the revised fixed quotation before the journey.

Cancellations by ASE

In the rare event we must cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative vehicle, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for the affected journey.
